Self-Upload is our base plan — you snap a photo or upload receipts yourself, and everything gets organized into a searchable database and CSV. Concierge Shoebox is an add-on for anyone who'd rather not scan or upload: we mail you a prepaid envelope and label instead.
We mail you a prepaid envelope and shipping label. Drop your receipts in, seal it, and send it back — no scanning or sorting required on your end.
That's what backlog catch-up is for — it's separate from whichever plan you're on. $150 gets you fully caught up on this year's receipts: it's included free when you sign up for annual billing, or you can add it as a one-time fee at checkout on monthly billing. Got a backlog spanning multiple years? Reach out for a custom quote and we'll sort out however messy, old or new it is.

Self-Upload is $25/mo for your first 6 months, then $50/mo — that includes Personal plus 1 business. Concierge Shoebox is $75/mo for your first 6 months, then $100/mo, and includes everything in Self-Upload. Need to track more businesses? You can add them anytime right in the app. Choose annual billing at checkout and get a month free on either plan.
